Tango takes Port Lincoln by storm: Members of our Elite Squad, together with some of our Inter 1 Players, went to Port Lincoln on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th February to participate against the Eyre Peninsula Academy. Our girls won the City v Country McDonalds Cup Challenge 8 quarters to nil and had a fantastic weekend bonding, training and playing good netball. Senior Presentation and Season Launch 2012

On Thursday 8 March 2012 the Endeavour Homes Tango Netball Club will be holding its Senior Presentation and Season Launch for 2012 at the Valley Inn Function Centre. Please click here for your invitation.

Please note this event is open all club members and parents, Life Members, Politicians, Sponsors, Committee Members, Coaches and Senior Players, all of which will receive invitations in person or by post.

This Official Club Event is open to all Members of our Club.

Primary, Sub-Primary, Sub Junior and Junior trials for SA Districts Players:

Sub-Primary February 29 - 5.30pm til 7pm

Primary February 29 - 6pm til 8pm

Sub Junior and Junior - February 29 6pm til 8pm

Trials to be held at the Tango Courts, Friendship Court, Wynn Vale

Players must be registered to trial.

NEW CLUB UNIFORMS AND APPAREL

We are pleased to announce the introduction of the new playing uniform and Club Apparel for the whole club for Season 2012.

The new uniforms are styled as an ‘A Line Dress' and basically is a similar design to that the Premier League Reserves and Seniors wore in 2011.

The design was acknowledged by Netball SA as the best looking uniform and we are very proud to release this style to the whole club for Season 2012 and beyond.

The introduction of this style of uniform basically brings us in line with most other clubs, but more importantly in line with our Senior teams that competed at ETSA Park in 2011.

We are "one" club that competes in 3 different competitions being the Subway Cup, AMND, and SADNA and it reconfirms our unity going forward.

Additional to this we are also pleased to announce that Sportspower Golden Grove will be the exclusive supplier of all Club Uniforms and apparel.

This co-operative arrangement provides the members and players with the opportunity to purchase their uniforms and Club Apparel 7 days a week through their outlet at the Golden Grove Village Shopping Centre. Phone 8251 3908.

The new Uniforms will be in-store and able to be purchased from 13th March. An SMS will be sent to all players/parents at this time as confirmation.

In addition, Lisa and Peter and their team will be open later on some training nights prior to the commencement of the Winter 2012 season. This will also be communicated by SMS closer to the time.

The committee is very mindful of the costs of these uniforms and in recognition of this the Club will offer a 50% rebate on the cost of the new Playing Uniform for those Players/Parents who purchased a uniform during the 2011 Calendar Year. The rebate is only available for the playing uniforms, however new tracksuits and spectator polo's will be available to be purchased at the prices listed above.

This is a very exciting initiative for the club and we look forward to the seeing the new look in mass at ETSA Park and SADNA Golden Grove.

Coaching Opportunities for Winter 2012

A small number of coaching opportunities are still available for both SADNA and AMND competitions.

This can be a very rewarding experience and we encourage anyone to join the Tango coaching group.

If you're new to coaching or a renewing a past career, we will provide coaching courses endorsed by Netball SA to ensure your development.

Who knows, you might end up with Advanced Accreditation and coaching a Premier League team sometime in the future. You've got to start somewhere and it has been done before!!!
